| All Fresh4you prices include delivery (subject to a minimum order of £12.50) and VAT where applicable. |

| 3. Order |
| A contract will exist between us following payment for the goods and dispatch from us. Prior to this we reserve the right to decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. |

| 4. Payments |
| Fresh4you accepts payment by American Express, MasterCard, or Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card. We do not accept Visa Electron cards. All personal information given on our site will be through a secure 128 bit encrypted connection. |

| 5. Cancellations |
| You can change or cancel your order up to 11:00am the day before delivery by phone, or on our web site; we do not accept fax or e-mail changes or cancellations. |

| 6. Delivery |
Fresh4you only deliver to the post code areas specified on our website.
Fresh4you deliveries will be made to the delivery address specified by you and any special delivery instruction carried out at our discretion.
If we cannot deliver due to not being able to carry out your delivery instructions, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact us to rearrange delivery and a further charge may become payable.
Whilst Fresh4you make every effort to deliver your goods on the specified day, we will not be held responsible if we cannot due to circumstances beyond our control. |

| 7. Complaints |
Fresh4you cannot accept complaints more than 24 hours after delivery due to the nature of perishable goods.
Fresh4you will replace or refund any product not up to a fair and reasonable standard. |

Fresh4you will not be held liable in contract, tort, or any other representation for the following: economic losses, loss of goodwill or reputation, any special indirect or consequential losses.
Fresh4you assume no liabilities for any viruses, disabling features, or incompatibility caused to or by the equipment used in connection to our site.
Fresh4you assume no liabilities for any delays or failures you may experience in connection to our site.
Fresh4you assume no liabilities for any modifications, suspension, or discontinuance of our services. |
